| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v Moravskoslezském kraji v letech 2006–2018. Cílem práce je detailní analýza nezaměstnanosti a struktury uchazečů o zaměstnání. Teoretická část charakterizuje základní pojmy související s nezaměstnaností jako trh práce, nezaměstnanost, státní politiku zaměstnanosti a také přibližuje Moravskoslezský kraj. Moravskoslezský kraj patří dlouhodobě k nejhorším krajům, co se zaměstnanosti týče. Po překonání hospodářské krize se od roku 2013 v kraji projevuje klesající trend vývoje nezaměstnanosti, kdy se do roku 2018 snížil počet uchazečů o zaměstnání v porovnání s rokem 2013 o více než polovinu. Zásluhu na tom má zlepšující se situace nejen v Moravskoslezském kraji, ale také v celé republice. Závěrem bylo zjištěno, že jedním z hlavních problému v kraji, je dlouhodobá nezaměstnanosti a stále narůstající podíl absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the years 2006–2018. The aim of the work is a detailed analysis of unemployment and the structure of job seekers. The theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts related to unemployment such as the labour market, unemployment, state employment policy and also approaches the Moravian-Silesian region. The Moravian-Silesian Region has long been one of the worst regions in terms of employment. After overcoming the economic crisis, the region has been showing a declining trend in unemployment since 2013, when by 2018 the number of jobseekers had decreased by more than half compared to 2013. This is due to the improving situation not only in the Moravian-Silesian Region, but also in the whole republic. In conclusion, it was found that one of the main problems in the region is long-term unemployment and the growing share of university graduates in the labour market. |
