| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat rozvoj odborných znalostí, měkkých dovedností a klíčových kompetencí v ekonomickém vzdělávání na předmětu Fiktivní firma na obchodní akademii a na předmětu Cvičná firma na Vysoké škole ekonomické. Tato práce také popisuje současné nároky na profil absolventů obchodních akademií a analyzuje benefity inovativních výukových metod. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak tuto formu vyučování vnímají vyučující, jak ji vnímají žáci a které znalosti, dovednosti a klíčové kompetence tato forma výuky nejvíce rozvíjí. Na základě zjištěných výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou v závěru práce uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to analyze the development of professional knowledge, soft skills and key competencies in economic education in the subject Fictitious company at the Business Academy and in the subject Training company at the University of Economics. This work also describes the current demands on the profile of graduates of business academies and analyzes the benefits of innovative teaching methods. The main goal of the thesis is to find out how this form of teaching is perceived by teachers, how it is perceived by students and which knowledge, skills and key competencies this form of teaching develops the most. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, proposals and recommendations for pedagogical practice are given in the conclusion of the thesis. |
