Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stresového testování, zejména v oblasti parametru pravděpodobnosti defaultu a vývojem modelu schopného podrobit bankovní portfolio stresovému testu, který bude právě na tuto pravděpodobnost navázán. |

Abstract: | The thesis deals with the problematic of stress testing, especially in the area of the probability of default parameter and development of the model which would be able to stress test banking portfolio which would be connected to this exact probability. In the first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted space to introduction to concepts such as financial stability, credit risk and stress testing. The chapter is also focused on the definition of regulatory Basel II framework and minimum capital requirements for the credit risk. The second chapter deals with creation of rating transition matrices. There is shown the difference between cohort and continuous method. The third chapter is focused on the explanation of Vasicek model and creation of systematic factor as variable based on it. Within the practical part are firstly described the entry data and then applied methods from the theoretical part and that on the basis of historical data from the Czech banking environment. There is also created a construction of ASRF model for stress testing of credit risk and attention is mostly dedicated to estimate of the future distribution of the portfolio and RWA related to it. |
