| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce popisuje na teoretických základech outsourcing a offshoring. Řeší principy, podle kterých by se společnosti měly řídit při rozhodování, implementaci a využívání outsourcingu a offshoringu. Popisuje rizika a nevýhody outsourcingu a offshoringu a na druhé straně poukazuje na jejich výhody. Uvádí důvody, proč je outsourcing a offshoring využíván na trhu, a to nejen z hlediska úspory nákladů. Práce analyzuje možnost využití outsourcingu a offshoringu jako nástrojů na snížení nákladů a poskytuje důkaz za pomoci příkladu, jenž je sestavený podle současných cen na trhu a pomáhá zodpovědět otázku, zda je skutečně možné snížit náklady společnosti v určité oblasti využitím outsourcingu nebo offshoringu. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis describes outsourcing and offshoring on a theoretical basis. The diploma thesis offers the principles companies should follow when making decisions about outsourcing and offshoring, their implementation, and their use in the business process. It describes the risks and disadvantages of outsourcing and offshoring in comparison with their advantages. The thesis describes the reasons why outsourcing and offshoring are popular even now and fairly used. It analyses the possibility of using outsourcing and offshoring as the cost reducers and provides evidence using the actual market prices to answer the question, whether it is achievable to reduce the costs by implementing outsourcing or offshoring. |
