| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu na společnost Aquaforum, s. r. o. za období 2014-2018 a její výsledky porovnat s konkurenčními podniky. Při analýze byly použity veřejně dostupné účetní závěrky. Práce se skládá ze čtyř částí, první část se věnuje teoretickým základům finanční analýzy. Zaměřujeme se především na vysvětlování metod, které byly během zpracování práce použity. Druhá část práce je více praktická. Cílem této části je zaměřit se na vypočítané ukazatele, které následně porovnáváme s konkurenčními společnostmi v daném odvětví. Třetí část je věnovaná bankrotním a bonitním modelům a v závěrečné fázi dochází ke shrnutí finanční analýzy a celkovému ohodnocení situace podniku na trhu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of Aquaforum, s. r. o. of the periods 2014-2018 and its results are used for comparison with results of other competitors in the branch. Publicly available financial statements and information provided by specific companies were used during the analysis. The thesis consists of four parts. The first is devoted to the theoretical foundations of financial analysis. We focus mainly on the methods, which was used during the work. The second part is more practical. The aim of this part is to focus on the indicators and use them to compare with other competitors in the industry. The third part is about the bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In conclusion, there is a summary of financial analysis and assessment of the company’s market situation. |
