| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část se zabývá českým nestátním neziskovým sektorem, základními druhy nestátních neziskových organizací v České republice, jejich právním ukotvením, financováním a specifiky zdanění, účetnictví a výkaznictví. Druhá část je věnována společnosti Techmania Science Center o. p. s. a její finanční analýze pro roky 2014-2018. Ta se skládá z vertikální a horizontální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku ztráty, analýzy počtu návštěvníků a zaměstnanců, struktury přijatých dotací a modelu BAMF. Analyzovaná společnost je v některých oblastech porovnána s jiným science centrem, a to s iQLANDIA o. p. s. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is divided into two parts. First part deals with the Czech non-governmental non-profit sector, the main types of non-governmental non-profit organisations in the Czech Republic, their legal definition, financing and their specifics to taxation, accounting, and reporting. Second part is dedicated to Techmania Science Center o. p. s. and its financial analysis for the years 2014-2018. The analysis includes vertical and horizontal analysis of financial reports, analysis of the number of visitors and employees, the structure of received subsidies and the BAMF model. The analysed company is compared with another science centre, iQLANDIA o. p. s. |
