| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat strukturu výši a strukturu administrativních nákladů u obcí na území České republiky a administrativní náročnost veřejných zakázek dle předmětu. Teoretická část sestává ze tří kapitol, přičemž jedna je věnována veřejným zakázkám, druhá potom transakčním nákladům a třetí obcím s důrazem na jejich rozpočet. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu administrativních nákladů a veřejných zakázek u jedenácti obcí s počtem obyvatel v intervalu sedmi až devíti tisíc. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze size and structre of administration costs of municipalities in the Czech Republic and administrational difficulty of public procurement by their subject. Theoretical part consists of three chapters, the first chapter is dedicated to public procurement, the second to transaction costs and the third to the municipalities and focused on their budget. Practical part includes analysis of administration costs and public procurement of eleven municipalities with population between seven and nine thousand. |
