| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou a finanční analýzou Pivovaru Janáček, a.s. Ve strategické analýze je zmapován trh piva v ČR. Analyzuji postavení pivovarnictví v rámci OKEČ, spotřebu piva, výstav piva a strukturu trhu piva v ČR, zabývám označováním a zdaněním piva a exportem piva z ČR do odběratelských zemí. Ve finanční analýze je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů, analýza poměrových ukazatelů a analýza soustav ukazatelů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty perspektivy společnosti v návaznosti na přechozí analýzy. |

| Abstract: | Final thesis focuses on strategic and financial analysis of Pivovar Janáček, a.s. Strategic analysis researches the beer market in the Czech Republic. Thesis analyzes beer industry and its role in OKEC, beer consumption, beer production and structure of the beer market in the Czech Republic. Furthermore is analyzed labeling beer, taxation of beer and export of beer. Financial analysis deals with horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of liquidity, rentability, activity, debt ration and also analysis of predictive models. Perspectives of the company are summarized according to previous analysis in the conclusion. |
