| Abstract: | Práce se bude zaměřovat na strukturu penzijních společností v České republice, jejich podstatu a zejména pak analýzu jednotlivých fondů v rámci těchto společností. Práce je rozdělena do dvou systematických celků. V první části pojednává o fundamentální povaze 3. pilíře a vysvětluje jeho podstatu. Druhá část je zaměřená na praktické analyzování účastnických fondů za účelem nalezení těch nejvýkonnějších.Vzhledem k tomu, že v současné době již nelze sjednat penzijní připojištění, práce zkoumá výkonnost pouze fondů doplňkového penzijního připojištění. V závěru jsou pak seřazeny jednotlivé společnosti podle zhodnocení, které svým klientům přinesly. |

| Abstract: | The work will focus on the structure of pension companies in the Czech Republic, their nature and especially the analysis of individual funds within these companies.The work is divided into two systematic units. The first part deals with the fundamental nature of the 3rd pillar and explains its essence. The second part is focused on the practical analysis of mutual funds in order to find the most efficient ones. The thesis examines the performance of only supplementary pension insurance funds. In the end, the individual companies are ranked according to the evaluation they brought to their clients. |
