| Abstract: | Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou asistenční služby v pojišťovnictví. Účelem práce je analýza současné nabídky asistenčních služeb konkrétního vzorku tří největších pojišťoven na českém pojistném trhu. Práce je koncepčně rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoreticky vymezuje pojem a význam nejen asistenčních služeb, ale také asistenčních společností. V druhé je provedena analýza nabízených asistencí pojišťovnami. Závěrem jsou výsledky analýzy komparovány podle jednotlivých oblastí pojištění. Součástí výstupů práce je rovněž predikce budoucího vývoje oblasti asistenčních služeb. Výsledky práce mohou posloužit čtenářům při rozhodování mezi pojistnými produkty pojišťoven a jako přehled současně poskytovaných služeb asistence. |

| Abstract: | The topis of my bachelor thesis is insurance assistance services. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze current assistance services offer by a specific sample of insurance companies at the Czech insurance market. The thesis is conceptually divided into two parts. The first one theoretically defines the concept and meaning of not only assistance services, but also assistance companies. In the second one, an analysis of the assistance offered by insurance companies is performed. In conclusion, the results of the analysis are compared according to individual areas of insurance. Part of the outputs of the bachelor's thesis is also the prediction of the future development of assistance services. The results of the thesis can help readers when deciding between insurance products of insurance companies and as an overview of currently provided assistance services. |
