| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou bankovních poplatků na studentských účtech a účtech pro mladé nabízených v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit ceny vybraných produktů a porovnat je. Pro porovnání bylo vybráno 12 účtů jedenácti různých bank působících v České republice. Pomocí dotazníku je dílčím cílem zjistit, jak a podle čeho mladí lidé volí banku. Jestli se u studentů objevuje trend více účtů a jak jsou informováni o jednotlivých poplatcích na účtu. Bylo zjištěno, že největší část studentů volí účet podle rodičů. Přehled o poplatcích se liší typem služby. U těch nejběžnějších měla převážná část studentů povědomí o jejich cenách. U méně využívaných služeb bylo povědomí menší. Zároveň bylo zjištěno, že ne vždy jsou ty nejlevnější banky klienty využívány a že většina z dotázaných je se svým účtem a bankou spokojená. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of bank fees on student accounts and accounts for young people offered in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to find out the prices of selected products and compare them. For comparison, 12 accounts of eleven different banks operating in the Czech Republic were selected. With the help of the questionnaire, the partial goal is to find out how and according to what young people choose the bank. If there is a trend for students to have more accounts and how they are informed about individual fees on the account. It was found that most students choose an account according to their parents. The fee overview varies by service type. For the most common, the majority of students were aware of their prices. Awareness was lower for less used services. At the same time, it was found that the cheapest banks are not always used by clients and that most of the respondents are satisfied with their accounts and the bank. |
