| Abstract: | Teoretická část práce vysvětluje postavení internacionalizace v kontextu dalších paralelně probíhajících procesů ve světové ekonomice. Dále definuje kategorii malých a středních podniků (MSP), popisuje stav a význam tohoto sektoru v ČR a hodnotí formy internacionalizace podnikání. Analytická část práce dekomponuje proces výběru vhodné možnosti internacionalizace MSP a analyzuje dopady internacionalizace na řízení firmy. Praktická část práce formou strukturovaného rozhovoru s generálním ředitelem firmy W.A.G. minerální paliva, a.s., ověřuje a doplňuje analytickou část. |

| Abstract: | Theoretical part explains the position of internationalization among other developing processes of the World Economy. It also defines the category of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), describes the position of this segment in the Czech Republic and includes patterns of internationalization. Analytical part decomposes the decision-making process of suitable form of SME internationalization and analyses particular impacts of internationalization on firms. Practical part verifies and completes the analytical part by committing a structured interview with the CEO of W.A.G. mineral fuels, Inc. |
