| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje dopadu zavedení nové regulace v oblasti pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů. Novou regulací je v tomto kontextu myšlen zákon č. 170/2018 Sb. o distribuci pojištění a zajištění. Cílem práce je zejména přiblížit čtenáři významné změny v oblasti distribuce pojištění a analyzovat dopady na pojistný trh spojené s implementací nového zákona. Součástí práce je také dotazníkové šetření cílené na subjekty, kterých se přímo či nepřímo nová legislativní úprava týká, a jehož cílem je ověření v práci stanovených hypotéz. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with an impact of introduction of a new regulation in the field of insurance intermediaries. In this context, the new regulation means Act No. 170/2018 Coll. on the distribution of insurance and reinsurance. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to significant changes in the field of insurance distribution and to analyze the impact on the insurance market in connection with the implementation of the new law. A questionnaire survey aimed at entities that are directly or indirectly affected by the new legislation is also included in this work to verify the defined hypothesis. |
