| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je orientována na využití fundamentálních investičních přístupů a strategií při výběru akciových titulů. Předmětem zájmu jsou zejména společnosti s dlouhodobým tržním potenciálem činícím je atraktivními kandidáty k investici v rámci dlouhodobého horizontu. Samotné zvolené metody jsou jistou kombinací růstového a hodnotového přístupu k investování. Ocenění společnosti je vypracováno metodou DCF, kde jednotlivé hodnotové parametry byly odhadovány pomocí top-down i bottom-up přístupu. Dle struktury práce autor nejprve popisuje využitelné metody pro oceňování mladých společností. Dále shrnuje vznikající tržní příležitosti na trhu zdravotnictví a firmy těžící z aktuálních trendů. Následně analyzuje investiční přístupy úspěšných investorů, na něž navazuje samotný výběr akciového titulu vyvstávající z parametrů investičního přístupu. Výsledkem je investiční doporučení konkrétního akciového titulu včetně uvedení hlavních rizik spojených s investicí. |

| Abstract: | Final thesis is focused on applying fundamental investment strategies for long-term stock investing. Author implements a manual for identifying companies with significant growth prospects. Methods used are a combination of growth and value investment principles. For the valuation author uses DCF method. Parameters are forecasted using both top-down and bottom-up approaches. First chapter describes valuation methods applicable to young companies. The future market opportunities in the healthcare industry including the benefiting companies is included in the second chapter. Subsequently author focuses on the analysis of investment strategies of successful investors. Finally application of chosen investment strategy for screening stocks and the valuation methods to the chosen company is demonstrated. The outcome is an investment recommendation including risks related to the investment. |
