| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na investiční certifikáty obchodované na Burze cenných papírů Praha. Jako první se práce zaměřuje na teoretickou stránku certifikátů. Co to investiční certifikáty jsou, jakou mají právní úpravu, rating cenných papírů a rizika s nimi spojená. Druhá část práce rozebírá druhy certifikátů, které mohou být na trhu nalezeny. Poslední část práce je zaměřená na detailní analýzu tří certifikátů, které byly obchodované na pražské burze. Tato analýza je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých certifikátů a jejich vlastností a uvažuje možnou výnosnost dle různých scénářů vývoje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about investment certificates which could be found at Prague Stock Exchange. At first this thesis aims on the theoretical side of these certificates. What the investment certificate is, what legislation applies in the Czech Republic, what the ratings of stocks and risks related to these certificates are. Second part is focused on types of certificates which can be found on a trade market. The last part is about detailed analysis of three real certificates traded in the Czech Republic. This analysis is focused on description of these certificates and their properties. The prospective value is then calculated based on different scenarios of their development. |
