| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je zaměstnanecké benefity z daňového a účetního hlediska. Cílem této práce je zjistit, které z vybraných benefitů jsou pro zaměstnavatele daňově atraktivní a které nikoliv. Dalším cílem je prozkoumat dopad těchto benefitů do účetnictví. Posledním cílem je analyzovat dopad těchto benefitů na čistou mzdu zaměstnance. Práce je zaměřena na obecné vymezení zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Dále zkoumá účetní a daňové dopady vybraných benefitů. V další části této práce je uved dopad jednotlivých vybraných benefitů na čistou mzdu zaměstnance. Poslední kapitola se zabývá shrnutí jednotlivých poznatků a určení jejich daňové výhodnosti. |

The aim of this thesis is find out which of selected benefits are tax advantageousness for employer and which are not. The next aim is to analyze the impact of these benefits into accounting. The last aim is to analyze the impact of these benefits into take-home pay. The bachelor thesis is focused on general characteristic of employee benefits.
