| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přípravu investičního doporučení pro akcie společnosti Netflix na základě výsledků zpracované fundamentální analýzy. V první kapitole je popsán historický vývoj a obecná fakta o této společnosti. Následně jsou zkoumány ukazatele rentability a likvidity společnosti a výpočet vnitřní hodnoty Netflixu. V další kapitole je provedena analýza odvětví, v kterých působí vybraný podnik. V poslední kapitole jsou prozkoumány vnější faktory, které ovlivňují jak vybranou společnost, tak i dané odvětví. Jedná se zejména o faktory politické, ekonomické, sociální, technologické, legislativní a ekologické. Na závěr jsou poté vyhodnoceny zjištěné výsledky, na základě kterých je formováno doporučení, zda jsou akcie společnosti Netflix vhodné pro investici. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the preparation of an investment recommendation for Netflix shares based on the results of the performed fundamental analysis. The first chapter describes the historical development and general facts about this company. Subsequently, indicators of profitability and liquidity of the company are examined, and the calculation of the value of Netflix is made. In the next chapter, an analysis of the industries in which the selected company operates is carried out. In the last chapter, external factors that influence both the selected company and the industry as a whole are explored. These are mainly political, economic, social, technological, legislative and ecological factors. Finally, the results are evaluated, based on which a recommendation is made as to whether the "Netflix" shares are suitable for investment. |
