| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá investicemi do umění jako možností investice do reálných aktiv. Čtenáři představí český trh s uměním i způsoby, jakými je na něm možno získat či naopak prodat umělecké dílo. Na konkrétních případech budeme zkoumat, jakých výnosů může být ve světě umění dosaženo, co jsou jeho hlavní přednosti i v čem naopak tkví nevýhody takovéto investice. Následně představíme zástupce jiných finančních i reálných aktiv, která budou s uměním jako aktivem srovnávána. |

| Abstract: | This thesis narrates investment into art as a possibility of investment into real assets. The Czech art market will be introduced, along with ways of buying and selling a piece of art. On specific examples we will demonstrate how high yield can be accomplished. Additionally, we will introduce you to not only the advantages investment into art has to offer, but also drawbacks that come with it. All this in comparison to other financial and real assets. |
