| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na inventarizaci jakožto nástroj kontroly účetnictví, který pomáhá určit reálnou situaci účetní jednotky. Nejprve jsou uvedeny jednotlivé kroky a postupy inventarizačního procesu, které se opírají o legislativu. Cílem je ukázat jakým způsobem je nutné účtovat vzniklé inventarizační rozdíly podle českých zákonů. A následně předvést reálné soudní spory, ve kterých inventarizace ovlivnila věrný a poctivý obraz účetnictví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on stocktaking as a tool for accounting control which helps determine the real situation of the accounting entity. Firstly are specified the individual steps and procedures of the inventory process which are based on legislation. The aim is to show how it is necessary to account inventory differences according to Czech law. And then show real litigation in which the inventory affected a true and fair view of accounting. |
