| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o zdanění kryptoměn na území České republiky. Cílem je popsat postupy zdanění a typy činností s kryptoměnami, které podléhají dani z příjmu fyzických osob a dani z přidané hodnoty. Pro tyto účely budou definovány způsoby ocenění a vykazování kryptoměn v účetnictví dle platné legislativy. Proces určení základu daně z příjmu fyzických osob u podnikatelských subjektů bude rozebrán na příkladu obchodníka s kryptoměnami. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the taxation of cryptocurrencies in the Czech Republic. The aim is to describe taxation procedures and types of activities associated with cryptocurrencies, which are subject to personal income tax and value-added tax. For these purposes, the methods of valuation and reporting of cryptocurrencies in accounting according to valid legislation will be defined. Process of determining the personal income tax base for entrepreneurs will be analysed on the example of a cryptocurrency trader. |
