| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením vhodnosti investice do společnosti O2 Czech Republic a.s. oproti alternativním investičním příležitostem na Burze cenných papírů Praha. Za tímto účelem je bakalářská práce rozdělena do tří částí. První část obecně představuje společnost a její konkurenty na trhu. Ve druhé jsou teoreticky popsány metody, ukazatele a model finančního zdraví, které jsou použity pro analýzu společnosti. Dále jsou vypočteny poměrové ukazatele a model finančního zdraví podniku, které jsou porovnány s jejími konkurenty na trhu. Ve třetí části je společnost porovnána na základě zjištěných údajů s vybranými společnostmi, které jsou obchodovány na Burze cenných papírů Praha. Závěrem je vyhodnocena atraktivita investice do akcií společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with assessing the suitability of investment in a company O2 Czech Republic a.s. against alternative investment opportunities on the Prague Stock Exchange. The thesis is divided into three parts to this purpose. The first part generally introduce the company and its competitors. In the second one there are theoretically described, the metods, ratio indicators and model of financial health, which are used for company analysis. There are also calculated ratio indicators and model of financial health. These are compared to its competitors. In the third part on the basis of ascertained data the company is compared to selected companies, which are traded on the Prague Stock Exchange. Finally, the attractivness of the investment in the company’s shares is evaluated. |
