| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ukázat účetní a daňová specifika, která se týkají podnikání v logistice. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V části první je stručně popsán daňový systém v ČR, se zaměřením na daně týkající se logistiky, stejně jako účetní specifika tohoto oboru. Druhá část práce je praktická, nejprve se zde provádí finanční analýza konkrétní nejmenované české společnosti podnikající v silniční nákladní dopravě a její vyhodnocení. Dále potom v této části práce prezentuje různé specifické účetní případy a daňové souvislosti z praxe tohoto podniku a jejich řešení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate accounting and tax specifics in the field of logistics. This thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is focused on tax system in Czech republic, especially on taxes related to logistics as well as accounting specifics of this field. The second part is practical, firstly consists of financial analysis of concrete Czech company entreprenurial in the field of truck transport and its evaluation. Then there are some specific accounting cases and tax contexts from real practice of this company. |
