| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení finanční situace TIERRA VERDE, s.r.o. Za tímto účelem je provedena finanční analýza na základě účetních výkazů za roky 2013 až 2017. Práce sestává ze čtyř částí. V první jsou vymezeny důležité termíny v kontextu, v jakém je s nimi dále v textu pracováno, a zmíněny změny v legislativě, které měly na vypracování vliv. Druhá, metodologická část, stručně představuje finanční analýzu a její metody. Z metod jsou zde zmíněny pouze ty, které jsou dále v práci využívány. Třetí část představuje analyzovanou společnost, její konkurenty a odvětví, do kterého spadají. V poslední, praktické části, jsou aplikovány popsané metody. Získané dílčí výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny a porovnávány s výsledky konkurentů a odvětví. V závěru praktické části jsou zmíněny další aspekty, které mohou působit na úspěšnost analyzované společnosti, a vyhodnocena její celková finanční situace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of TIERRA VERDE, s.r.o. For this purpose, a financial analysis is performed on the basis of financial statements for the years 2013 to 2017. The work consists of four parts. The first defines important terms in the context in which they are used later in the text, and mentions changes in legislation that affected the elaboration. The second, methodological part, briefly presents the financial analysis and its methods. The only methods presented here are the ones I use in the practical part of the thesis. The third part presents the analyzed company, its competitors and the industry to which they belong. In the last, practical part, the described methods are applied. The obtained partial results are evaluated and compared with the results of competitors and industry. At the end of the practical part, other aspects that can affect the success of the analyzed company are mentioned and company´s overall financial situation is evaluated. |
