| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce s názvem „Komparativní analýza fúzí realizovaných v roce 2018“ se zabývá především rozborem fúzí zapsaných do obchodního rejstříku během roku 2018. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou obecně vymezeny přeměny obchodních korporací se zaměřením hlavně na fúze – druhy a členění fúzí, hlavní důvody pro jejich uskutečnění a jednotlivé fáze procesu realizace se zaměřením na projekt fúze. Hlavní cíl této práce a jeho výstup popisuje druhá část práce, která představuje provedení samotné analýzy fúzí realizovaných na území České republiky v roce 2018 a prezentování jejích výsledků pomocí grafů a tabulek. Práce se dále zabývá sběrem dat potřebných pro tuto analýzu a závěrem obsahuje srovnávací analýzu a zhodnocení vývoje fúzí během let 2010 až 2018. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis, entitled "Comparative Analysis of Mergers Realised in 2018," mainly covers the analysis of mergers entered in the Commercial Register during 2018. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical part. The first part broadly defines the transformations of companies, focusing mainly on mergers - the types and division of mergers, the main reasons for their implementation and the various stages of the implementation process with a focus on the merger project. The main goal of this thesis and its output is described in the second part of the thesis, which represents the very analysis of mergers carried out on the territory of the Czech Republic in 2018 and the presentation of its results using graphs and tables. The thesis further examines the data collection required for this analysis and concludes with a comparative analysis and evaluation of the development of mergers during years 2010 to 2018. |
