Analysis of selected investment opportunity of the company in the food industry

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu podniku s ohledem na možnost podnik prodat potencionálnímu investorovi. Předcházet tomu bude provedení detailní finanční analýzy. Následně je cílem stanovit opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace do budoucna. Stanovený cíl je možné dosáhnout pouze na základě aplikování vhodných metod finanční analýzy. Především se zaměříme na aplikaci poměrových finančních ukazatelů jako jsou ukazatele likvidity, ukazatele aktivity, ukazatele rentability a ukazatele zalženosti. Rovněž se budeme věnovat srovnání dosažených hodnot poměrových ukazatelů s průměrnými hodnotami podniků v tomto odvětví. Budeme se zabývat i modely hodnocení podniku v budoucnosti, které nazýváme bankrotní a bonitní. Výsledkem diplmovej práce bude stanovení hodnoty všeobecné hodnoty podniku prostřednictvím statických a dynamických metod.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company with regard to the possibility of selling the company to a potential investor. This will be preceded by a detailed financial analysis. Subsequently, the aim is to set out measures to improve the financial situation in the future. The set goal can be achieved only on the basis of the application of appropriate methods of financial analysis. In particular, we will focus on the application of ratio financial indicators such as liquidity indicators, activity indicators, profitability indicators and indebtedness indicators. We will also compare the achieved values of ratios with the average values of companies in this sector. We will also deal with models of company evaluation in the future, which we call bankrupt and creditworthy. The result of the diploma work will be the determination of the value of the general value of the company through static and dynamic methods.
