| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit a specifikovat financování a finanční řízení příspěvkových organizací v oblasti kultury zřízených územními samosprávními celky. Teoretická část vymezuje kulturu jako veřejnou službu poskytovanou veřejným sektorem a poukazuje na objemy peněz putujících do kultury z různých zdrojů. Dále pojednává o právních normách a ekonomickém a finančním vztahu mezi příspěvkovými organizacemi a jejich zřizovatelem. Praktická část představuje analýzu financování a finančního řízení na příkladu příspěvkových organizací, které zřizuje v oblasti kultury Liberecký kraj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis approaches and specifies the financing and financial management of allowance organisations in the field of culture of established by territorial self-governing units. The theoretical part defines culture as a public service provided by the public sector and points to the amount of money going to culture from various sources. It also deals with legal norms and the economic and financial relationships between allowance oranisations and their founder. The Second part of the thesis presents an analysis of financing and financial management as the example of allowance organisations, which are established in the field of culture by the Liberec region. |
