| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikáním a vedením účetnictví zahraničních subjektů na území České republiky. Mezi možné formy podnikání patří organizační složka a dceřiná společnost ve formě společnosti s ručením omezeným. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, která z těchto dvou forem podnikání je pro zahraničního zřizovatele výhodnější. Diplomová práce se skládá ze tří částí: teoretické, ve které je popsáno podnikání zahraničních osob z hlediska právního, daňového a účetního, praktické a zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků ve druhé části práce. V části praktické byly prozkoumané obě formy podnikání na základě dvou společností, a to také z pohledu práva, daní a účetnictví. V poslední části byly zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody organizační složky a dceřiné společnosti ve formě s. r. o. a bylo stanoveno, že organizační složka je pro zahraniční osobu výhodnější formou podnikání v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is concerned with business and accounting of foreign entities in Czech Republic. Between possible forms of business include foreign legal entity and subsidiary in the form of a limited liability company. The main goal was to find out which of these two forms of business is more advantageous for foreign founder. The diploma thesis consists of three parts: the theoretical part, which describes business of foreign persons from the legal view, taxation and accounting, the practical part and evaluation of results attained in the second part. In the practical part were studied these both forms of business based on two companies also from the legal view, taxation, and accounting. In the last part was done evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of foreign legal entity and subsidiary in the form of LLC and was determined that, the foreign legal entity is more advantageous form of business in Czech Republic. |
