| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou veřejných zakázek ve městě Ústí nad Labem. Nejprve jsou vysvětleny teoretické pojmy, protože jsou nezbytné pro pochopení analytické části, např. konkurenční efekt nebo administrativní náklady. Praktická část začíná analýzou rozpočtu Ústí nad Labem. V této části následuje analýza veřejných zakázek v Ústí nad Labem v letech 2014-2018. V poslední části se porovnávají výsledky s daty veřejných zakázek v České republice. V jednom případě jsou komparovány s daty ze Šumperka, Dačic a Třeboně. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to analysis of public procurement in Ústí nad Labem. Firstly, the theoretical terms are explained because they are essential for understanding of the analytical part, for example competitive effect or transaction costs. The practical part begins with the analysis of the budget of Ústí nad Labem. This part is followed by the analysis of public procurement in Ústí nad Labem between the years 2014-2018. In the last part, the results are compared to the data about public procurement in the Czech Republic. In one case, the results are compared to the data from Šumperk, Dačice and Třeboň. |
