| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Zdanění kryptoměn“ se zabývá problematikou zdanění příjmů z transakcí s kryptoměnami. Práce se zabývá technologickou, ekonomickou a právní podstatou kryptoměn, analyzuje režim zdanění v České republice a komparuje jej s režimem zdanění ve vybraných státech – Švédsku, Spolkové republice Německo a Slovenské republice. Na základě komparace jsou vydána doporučení pro úpravu české legislativy ve vztahu ke kryptoměnám a na modelových příkladech je demonstrováno, jak se aktuálně zdaňují příjmy z kryptoměn v různých situacích v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis "Taxation of Cryptocurrencies" is focused on the issues of taxation of cryptocurrencies transactions. The thesis presents with the technological, economic and legal nature of cryptocurrencies, analyses the taxation regime in the Czech Republic and compares it with the taxation approaches in selected countries - in Sweden, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Slovak Republic. Based on the comparison, recommendations for the changes and amendments in the Czech legislation in relation to cryptocurrencies are recommended and model examples are used to demonstrate how income from cryptocurrencies is currently taxed in various situations in the Czech Republic. |
