Trends in internal control of a selected multinational company

The aim of the thesis is to determine trends in the internal control of a selected multinational company. We chose adidas Group as a multinational company. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The thesis contains five tables and eleven pictures. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical definition of the problem. The chapter defines the main concepts of control. The second chapter characterizes the main goal and partial goals of the thesis. In the third chapter, we describe the methodology and methods used in the elaboration of the thesis. The fourth chapter contains the results of the thesis. Not only the company and its history is introduced, but also the specific internal control systems used by adidas Group. The final chapter contains the determination of detected trends in selected company and proposal of improvement of internal control with a focus on employee control.

Cílem diplomové práce je determinovat trendy v interním kontrolováni ve vybraném nadnárodním podniku. Za nadnárodní podnik jsme si vybrali společnost adidas Group. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Diplomová práce obsahuje pět tabulek a jedenáct obrázků. První kapitola je věnována teoretickému vymezení řešené problematiky. V kapitole jsou definovány hlavní pojmy v oblasti kontrolování. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje hlavní cíl a dílčí cíle práce. Ve třetí kapitole uvádíme metodiku a metody použité při vypracování diplomové práce. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje výsledky práce. Představený je nejen podnik a jeho historie, ale také konkrétní interní kontrolní systémy využívané ve společnosti adidas Group. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje determinaci zjištěných trendů ve vybraném podniku a návrh zlepšení interního kontrolování se zaměřením na kontrolování zaměstnanců.
