| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje především na úpravu svěřenských fondů v občanském zákoníku a dalších zákonů vztahujících se k danému tématu, kterým je především zákon o účetnictví. Cílem práce je představit fungování ještě relativně nového institutu svěřenského fondu v českém právním systému. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou zakládání svěřenských fondů a potvrzuje rostoucí popularitu tohoto institutu, zároveň ale i jeho značnou netransparentnost. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the legal institute of fiduciary funds („svěřenské fondy“) as defined in the Civil Code of the Czech Republic as well as on other Acts related to the topic, which is mostly Act on Accounting. Research deals with the analysis of funding fiduciary funds and confirms not only its increasing popularity but also its considerable non-transparency. |
