| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem investičních pobídek, které jsou v České republice poskytovány od roku 1998. Práce popisuje fungování systému investičních pobídek a zhodnocuje jeho vývoj na základě vydaných novelizací zákona o investičních pobídkách. V další části se práce zaměřuje na vliv pobídek na Pardubický kraj. Sledují se udělené investiční pobídky v tomto kraji za roky 2010 až 2019 z různých hledisek. Zároveň je zkoumáno, zda mají udělené investiční pobídky vliv na nezaměstnanost, HDP, mzdu a produktivitu práce Pardubického kraje. V závěru práce je zhodnocen systém investičních pobídek společnostmi, které v kraji čerpaly pobídku. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of investment incentives, which have been provided in the Czech Republic since 1998. The thesis describes the system of investment incentives and evaluates its development on the basis of issued amendments to the Act on Investment Incentives. In the next part, the work focuses on the impact of incentives on the Pardubice region. The granted investment incentives in this region for the years 2010 to 2019 are monitored from various perspectives. In addition to that it is examined whether the granted investment incentives have an effect on unemployment, GDP, wages and labor productivity of the Pardubice Region. At the end of the thesis, the system of investment incentives is evaluated by companies that drew an incentive in the region. |
