| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnávání osob nad 50 let. První část diplomové práce je věnována zejména teoretickému nastínění diversity managementu a jeho důležitosti pro optimální chod podniku či pro veřejný sektor. Druhá část závěrečné práce je věnována praktické aplikaci, a to zejména vlastnímu dotazníkovému šetření a jeho vyhodnocení a přínosu pro diplomovou práci a také společnosti IKEA jakožto příkladu společnosti v praxi, která se touto problematikou zabývá. Zahrnuta je i vlastní zkušenost s náborem pomocí fiktivních životopisů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of employment of people over 50 years. The first part of the thesis is devoted mainly to the theoretical outline of diversity management and its importance for optimal business operation or for the public sector. The second part of the thesis is devoted to practical application, especially the questionnaire survey and its evaluation and contribution to the thesis, as well as the company IKEA as a practical example of a company which is dealing with this topic. Own experience with recruitment is also included via fictive CVs. |
