| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá představením technologie blockchain a analýzou oblastí praktického využití této technologie. V teoretické části je popsáno základní fungování technologie blockchain, její klíčové komponenty, typy a konsenzuální algoritmy. Pro získání odborné literatury a vypracování praktické části této práce, která se zabývá analýzou praktického využití technologie blockchain, byla použita metoda Systematic Literature Review. Získáním relevantní literatury byly poté kategorizovány oblasti využití technologie blockchain. Výsledkem bylo sedm oblastí využití technologie blockchain. Z identifikovaných oblastí se bylo zaměřeno na čtyři z nich, a to na oblasti s největším počtem literatury. Tyto oblasti praktického využití technologie blockchain jsou zdravotnictví, internet věcí, energetika a dodavatelský řetězec. Každá z těchto oblastí byla více popsána. Kromě oblasti internetu věcí, na kterou bylo pohlíženo spíše z teoretického hlediska, byly uvedeny i konkrétní případy využití technologie blockchain v těchto oblastech. V závěru této práce se nachází diskuze, limitace provedené práce a potenciální návrhy na budoucí práce spojené s technologií blockchain. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the introduction of blockchain technology and an analysis of areas of practical use of this technology. The theoretical part describes the basic functioning of blockchain technology, its key components, types and consensus algorithms. The Systematic Literature Review method was used to obtain professional literature and develop the practical part of this work, which deals with the analysis of the practical use of blockchain technology. By obtaining the relevant literature, the areas of use of blockchain technology were then categorized. Seven areas of blockchain technology application resulted from this categorization. Out of these identified areas, four with the highest amount of relevant literature were further analysed. These areas of practical use of blockchain technology are healthcare, energy, the supply chain and the Internet of Things. Each of these areas has been described in more detail. Apart from the Internet of Things, which was viewed from a more theoretical point of view, specific applications of blockchain technology in these areas were also stated. At the end of this work, a discussion regarding the topic and limitations of the performed work are presented, and potential proposals for future work related to blockchain technology are suggested. |
