| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem migrace IT organizace do cloudu. Cílem bylo identifikovat klíčové faktory úspěšné migrace IT organizace do cloudu a jejich dopadů ve společnosti ATOS IT Solutions and Services s.r.o. Tohoto cíle jsme dosáhli pomocí syntetizovaného soupisu klíčových faktorů a jejich dopadů uvedených v odborné literatuře a následným provedením 2 dotazníkových šetření, kterých se ve výše uvedené společnosti zúčastnilo 6 vybraných respondentů. Tato šetření měla za cíl potvrdit, nebo vyvrátit zjištěné klíčové faktory a jejich dopady, a dále identifikovat ty, které společnost považuje za klíčové, ale v odborné literatuře chybí. Výstupem těchto šetření je verifikovaný seznam klíčových faktorů a jejich dopadů pro společnost ATOS IT Solutions and Services s.r.o., který lze využít i pro společnosti obdobné velikosti a organizační struktury. Možnou oblastí výzkumu, která by problematiku migrace IT organizace do cloudu značně obohatila, je analýza klíčových faktorů z pohledu dodavatelů cloudu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis solves the topic of migration of IT organization to the cloud. The main aim was to identify the impacts of key factors in the company ATOS IT Solutions and Services s r.o. This target was achieved on the basis of synthesized list of key factors with their impacts listed in the professional resources and the subsequent realisation of 2 questionnaire surveys, which were attended by 6 selected respondents in the company. Based on the survey the confirmation or refutation of these key factors and their impacts was obtained. New factors that the company considers to be “key” but missing in the professional literature, was indentified as well. The output of this investigation is a verified list of key factors and their impacts for the company ATOS IT Solutions and Services s.r.o., which can also be used for other companies of similar size and organizational structure. The analysis of key factors from the perspective of cloud vendors is another possible area of research that would significantly enrich the issue of migration of an IT organization to the cloud. |
