| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá předáváním znalostí a zkušeností mezi zaměstnanci Budějovického Budvaru, n. p. Pomocí řízených rozhovorů, zúčastněného pozorování a studia potřebných dokumentů, byly získání informace potřebné pro vytvoření výsledných návrhů řešení. V rámci práce byla vytvořena procesní mapa s doprovodným návodem popisujíc procesní postup řešení typických problémů v oblasti výroby. Dále byl vytvořen koncept aplikace, na základě které lze pro potřeby Helpdesku vytvořit kvalitní znalostní bázi a FAQ. V závěru práce jsou vyzdvihnuty hlavní přínosy navrhovaných řešení a jejich dalšího využití. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on experience and knowledge sharing between the employees of Budweiser Budvar. Information needed to create suggested solutions was acquired through guided interviews, participatory observation and study of documents. Process map and accompanying instruction manual describing the process of problem solving was created for employees in the production department. Furthermore, an application concept was created for the needs of Helpdesk employees. The application concept proposes creation of superior knowledge base and FAQ. At the end of the work, the main benefits of suggested solutions and their further uses are highlighted. |
