| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována stále se vyvíjející tématice chytré domácnosti. I přes neustále rostoucí popularitu systémů pro ovládání chytré domácnosti je pořád obtížné dosáhnout propojení veškerých systému vjednom autonomním prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na populární a uživatelsky přívětivé frameworky jako jsou Apple HomeKit a Home Assistant, jejích vlastnosti a podporované typy zařízení a integrací. Součástí je také popis hlavních řídicích prostředků, jakými jsou mobilní a webové aplikace. Důraz je kladen na počáteční nastavení platformy Home Assistant na zařízení typu Raspberry Pi a následně nafunkcionalitu automatizace systémů pro zjednodušení ovládání a monitorování domácího prostředí. Výsledkem je funkční, vzájemně propojený a automatizovaný systém přístupný jak pomocí platformy HomeKit od společnosti Apple, tak i open-source systémem Home Assistant. Taková implementace je zajímavá jak pro začátečníky, kteří teprve začínají s touto sférou IT a chtějí spolehlivé řešení pro automatizaci domácnosti, tak i pro pokročilé programátory s velkými požadavky pro nastavitelnost a robustnost. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit uživatelský návod vněmž je přehledně zdokumentován postup implementace chytré domácnosti na základě platformy Home Assistant od výběru hostitelského zařízení po napojení tohoto systému na framework HomeKit. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to the constantly evolving topic of smart home. Despite the ever-increasing popularity of smart home control systems, it is still difficult to achieve the interconnection of all systems in one autonomous environment. Thesis focuses on popular and user-friendly frameworks such as Apple’s HomeKit and Home Assistant, its features, supported types of devices and integrations. It also includes a description of the main methods of control, which are mobile and web applications. Emphasis is placed on the first setup of the Home Assistant platform on a Raspberry Pi device and then on the functionality of system automation, which simplifies control and monitoring of the home environment. The result is a functional, interconnected and automated system accessible from both Apple’s HomeKit platform and the open-source Home Assistant platform. Such an implementation is interesting both for beginners who are just starting in this IT field and want a reliable solution, as well as for advanced programmers with high requirements for adjustability and robustness. The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a user manual in which the procedure of smart home implementation based on the Home Assistant platform is clearly documented, from the selection of the host device to the connection of this system to the HomeKit framework. |
