| Abstract: | Problematika brownfields a jejich následná revitalizace nabývá v posledních letech na významu. Je důležité si uvědomit, že jedním z důsledků vzniku brownfields je rozprostírání měst do okolní krajiny, což je úzce spjato se strukturální diferenciací obyvatelstva. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížení problému brownfields ve spojitosti se sociodemografickou strukturou obyvatelstva. Nejprve je však v práci vysvětlen samotný pojem brownfields a příčiny jeho vzniku. Práce dále zahrnuje ukázky již realizovaných projektů na obnovu brownfields v Praze a okrese Kladno, od kterých se odráží, že revitalizace těchto objektů přináší pozitivní dopady v jeho okolí. V poslední části práce je provedena analýza struktury obyvatelstva s důrazem na spojitost s výskytem brownfields. Z výsledů analýzy a celkového zpracování práce vyplývá, že brownfields a sociodemografická struktura obyvatelstva spolu úzce souvisí. |

| Abstract: | The issue of brownfields and its following revitalization becomes more important for the past years. It is necessary to realize that one of the consequences of brownfields origin is the spread of cities into surrounding areas. And it is closely connected with the structural differentiation of the population. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to approach to brownfields concept throughout a socio-demographic structure. First of all, there is an explanation of brownfields and the cause of its establishment. Then it includes examples of the implemented projects designed for brownfields recovery in Prague and in Kladno, from where it can be seen that the revitalization of these objects brings a positive impact on the surrounding environment. In the last part, there is an analysis of the structure of the population with the highlight of the link related to brownfields. Overall, the results and also the general construction of the thesis show a close link between brownfields and socio-demographic structure of the population. |
