| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice oceňování záruk. V úvodní obecné části práce jsou záruky definovány, popsány jejich možné druhy, popsána jejich zákonná úprava podle právního řádu ČR a rozebrány jednotlivé faktory, které mají na hodnotu záruky vliv. Místo v této části je také věnováno vládním zárukám, z nichž metody oceňování záruk vychází. Druhá, teoretická část se detailněji zabývá samotnými metodami oceňování záruk a obsahuje metodologii výpočtu hodnoty záruk pomocí čtyř různých metod. Poslední, praktická část práce, zachycuje výpočet hodnoty záruky na smyšleném příkladě prostřednictvím dříve popsaných metod. Důraz je v práci kladen také na související problematiku, která se může při oceňování záruk ve specifických případech objevit, včetně daňových dopadů záruk. Práce do značné míry využívá pro stanovení rizika dlužníků rating. |

| Abstract: | Thesis on topic "Guarantee Valuation" aims to describe methods of valuing a guarantee. In first part of the document the guarantees, guarantee transaction structure and factors affecting the value of guarantees are defined. The second part describes four methods of guarantee valuation. In the last practical part, selected methods are used to estimate the value of a hypothetic guarantee. Emphasis is also put on the related topics as tax impacts of guarantees and special situations. Rating methodologies are used to estimate the risk of the borrower. |
