| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vizí softwarových produktů a procesem její tvorby. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak je postupováno při tvorbě produktové vize. Pro naplnění cíle byla provedena literární rešerše pomocí metody SLR. Pro potvrzení naléhavosti zkoumané oblasti bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které potvrdilo, že problematika tvorby produktové vize je relevantní. Na základě výsledků rešerše a dotazníkového šetření byla provedena vícečetná holistická případová studie s cílem zjistit, jak je postupováno při tvorbě vize v praxi. Výstupem této práce jsou dva procesy tvorby produktové vize uplatňované v různých kontextech. |

| Abstract: | This work examines the vision of software products and the process of its creation. The aim of the work was to find out how to proceed in creating a product vision. To fulfill the goal, a literature review was performed using the SLR method. To confirm the urgency of the examined area, a questionnaire survey was conducted, which confirmed that the issue of creating a product vision is relevant. Based on the results of the review and the questionnaire survey, a holistic multiple case study was conducted in order to find out how the vision is created in practice. The output of this work are two processes of creating a product vision applied in different contexts. |
