| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je optimalizovat podnikové procesy pomocí monitorovacích skriptů. Požadavek na vylepšení procesu je zadaný firmou W.A.G. payment solutions a.s. Konkrétně se jedná o procesy fakturace. V procesech fakturace jsou vstupem a výstupem transakce. Transakce jsou detailně popsány a rozřazeny podle jejich charakteristiky. Proces fakturace je popsán i s chybami, které způsobují zastavení nebo zpomalení průběhu procesu. Jelikož jsou v činnostech vstupem a výstupem transakce, je kontrola zaměřena na monitorování transakcí.Pro efektivní zavedení kontroly je v praktické části analýza požadavků konzultována se zaměstnanci firmy. Na základě definovaných požadavků jsou naprogramovány monitorovací skripta, která jsou následně implementována do systému Centreon.Výsledem této práce je zavedená kontrola monitorující import, validaci a zpracovávání transakcí ve vybrané tabulce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to optimize business processes using monitoring scripts. The process improvement request is made by W.A.G. payment sloutions a.s. Specifically, these are invoicing processes. Occurring errors in processes stop or slow down their progress and successful completion. Monitoring scripts will be developed in SQL language and will be implemented in the installed Centreon software. In this work I describe the processes of the invoicing department and their inputs and outputs. I also deal with errors that cause processes to stop or slow down. Based on these findings, an analysis of requirements is proposed, which is consulted with the company's employees. Based on the defined requirements, monitoring scripts are designed, which are also implemented in the Centreon system. The result of this work is an established control in the process of issuing invoices. |
