| Abstract: | Daná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou tvorby prototypu chatbotů. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a implementovat prototyp chatbota pro zaučování nových zaměstnanců v maloobchodu s oblečením. Pro dosažení primárního cíle této diplomové práce byla provedena analýza využití chatbotů a problémů, které chatboti řeší. Byly stanoveny jejich výhody a limity. Následně byla provedena analýza existujících platforem pro vývoj chatbotů z hlediska obecně aplikovatelných kritérií při výběru takovéto platformy. Praktická část práce řeší návrh a implementaci prototypu chatbota, jehož cílem je být virtuálním pomocníkem v procesu zaučování nově přicházejících zaměstnanců v konkrétní organizaci. Práce je zakončena výsledným zhodnocením náročnosti jeho vytvoření a praktických přínosů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of creating a prototype of chatbots. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement a prototype chatbot for training new employees in clothing retail. To achieve the primary goal of this thesis, an analysis of the use of chatbots and the problems that chatbots solve. Their advantages and limits have been set. Subsequently, an analysis of existing platforms for the development of chatbots was performed in terms of generally applicable criteria for the selection of such a platform. The practical part of the work deals with the design and implementation of a prototype chatbot, which aims to be a virtual helper in the process of training new employees in a particular organization. The work ends with a final evaluation of the complexity of its creation and practical benefits. |
