| Abstract: | Tato práce vymezuje problematiku obecného nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů v oblasti digitální analytiky. Především v části webové analytiky a sběru dat na webových stránkách. V rámci práce je vytvořena metoda, která umožní ověřit, že implementace webové analytiky je v souladu s obecným nařízením. Tato metoda je vhodná pro stávající i nové implementace. Pro tvorbu metody byla využita metodika Design Science Research. Svým způsobem je metoda univerzální pro všechny nástroje webové analytiky, ale obsahuje navíc konsekvence pro nástroj Google Analytics, který je nejpoužívanějším nástrojem pro webovou analytiku. Navíc metoda dobře propojuje právní svět s tím technickým, a tudíž vytváří univerzální platformu pro komunikaci problematiky mezi právními a technickými odborníky. V rámci práce byla metoda demonstrována na reálném projektu a ověřena právním expertem na problematiku obecného nařízení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze GDPR, its consequences and possible implementation in the area of web analytics. As a part of this thesis, a method of implementing a GDPR-compliant solution is developed, using Design Science Research methodology. This new method will be suitable for both existing and new projects. Moreover, it describes specific implementation using Google Analytics, which is considered to be the most popular web analytics tool. The thesis connects both legal and technical consequences of such implementations, in order to satisfy both lawyers and technical experts. In the practical part of this thesis, the implementation methodology was used on a real-world project and verified by legal expert. |
