| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou technického konopí na území České republiky a ve vybraných státech Spojených států amerických, konkrétně Coloradu, Kalifornii a na Floridě.V rámci kapitol je podrobně rozebrán vývoj české legislativy a její dopad na pěstování technického konopí, zejména hranice obsahu THC v rostlině. Americká právní úprava je popsána na federální úrovni a porovnána s národní legislativou zmíněných vybraných států.V závěru práce je provedena komparace jednotlivých právních úprav a navržena úprava znění, de lege ferenda, současných ustanoveních týkající se pěstování technického konopí v ČR. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the legal regulation of industial hemp in the Czech Republic and in selected states of the United States of America, specifically Colorado, California and Florida.The development of Czech legislation and its impact on the cultivation of hemp, especially the limits of THC content in the plant, is discussed in the chapters in detail. The American legislation is described at the federal level and compared with the national legislation of the selected states.Finally, a comparison of individual legal regulations is made and an amendment of the wording, de lege ferenda, of the current provisions concerning the cultivation of industrial hemp in the Czech Republic is proposed. |
