| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem etických kodexů a jejich komparací v rámci bankovního sektoru. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy etických kodexů vybraných bank zjistit jejich efektivitu a jejich dodržování v praxi. V první části práce je definována podnikatelská etika a sociální odpovědnost firem spolu s historickým vývojem etických kodexů a jejich obecnými cíli a principy. Druhá část je rozdělena na část anglosaských zemí a část zemí kontinentální Evropy. V těchto kapitolách je podrobná analýza etických kodexů vybraných bank, které spadají do těchto oblastí. Třetí část práce navazuje na tento rozbor provedenou komparací mezi etickými kodexy anglosaských bank a těch původem v zemích kontinentální Evropy. Poslední kapitola zkoumá praktickou efektivnost etických kodexů v bankovním sektoru a důsledky jejich porušování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with issues of ethic codices and their comparison in banking sector. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse compliance of ethical codices in practice through an analysis of the codes of ethics of selected banks. In the first part of the thesis, there is defined business ethics and coporate social responsibility together with origins of ethical codes and their development. Second part of the thesis is divided into two chapters, Anglo-Saxon countries and countries of continental Europe and their respektive analysis of ethical codices of chosen corporations. Third part deals with the comparison of ethical codices, based on findings from previous chapter, between Anglo-Saxon and continental Europe banks. The last chapter analyses practical effectivness of ethical codes in banking industry and deals with consequences of their violations. |
