| Abstract: | Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je charakterizovat základní rysy vinařské turistiky a zároveň zhodnotit vinařské obce Mikulov, Valtice, Pavlov, co se týče ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb, dopravy, památek a turistických cílů a služeb spojených s vinařskou turistikou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se práce zabývá venkovským cestovním ruchem, historií vinařství, procesem výroby vína, vinařskými oblastmi a podoblastmi v České republice. Na konci této části je představena podoblast Mikulovská. Praktická část se zabývá zhodnocením vinařských obcí Mikulov, Valtice a Pavlov. V této části proběhne zmapování webových stránek zmíněných vinařských obcí a na jeho základě budou posouzeny nabízené služby pro turisty. Zda jsou tyto služby dostačující, či nikoli. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis aims to characterize the basic features of wine tourism as well as to examine in detail the wine villages Mikulov, Valtice and Pavlov – accommodation establishments, restaurant services, transportation, historical monuments, and services related to wine tourism. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part consists of chapters devoted to rural tourism, history of wine, wine making process, wine regions and subregions in the Czech Republic. At the end of this part, the Mikulovská subregion is introduced. The practical part examines in detail the wine villages Mikulov, Valtice and Pavlov. The websites of these wine villages are analysed in order to evaluate the services offered to tourists. Whether they are sufficient or not. |
