| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat současný stav hospodářské spolupráce mezi EU a zeměmi ASEAN a zhodnotit perspektivní obory pro budoucí spolupráci. Práce je rozčleněná do tří kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku a makroekonomickou analýzu EU a ASEAN a jejich zasazení do kontextu světové ekonomiky. Následující kapitola zanalyzuje současný stav vzájemné spolupráce, především z pohledu vzájemného zahraničního obchodu, toků přímých zahraničních investic a aktuálních obchodních dohod. Poslední kapitola rozebírá perspektivy budoucího vývoje vzájemných vztahů se zaměřením na příležitosti v konkrétních oblastech. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to map the current state of economic cooperation between the EU and ASEAN countries and to predict promising fields for future cooperation. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains characteristic and macroeconomic analysis of the EU and ASEAN. The second chapter analyses the current state of their cooperation, especially in terms of international trade, foreign direct investment and current trade agreements. The last chapter discusses the perspectives of future development of mutual relations with focus on opportunities in specific areas. |
