Proto se práce nejdříve věnuje otázce, co to jsou kryptoměny. Jsou představeni někteří hlavní zástupci. Dále se práce zaměřuje na konceptyregulace a jejich aplikaci v praxi se zaměřením na EU a USA. Hlavní metodou je analýza dostupných zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | This work aims to examine the motives of governments that lead to the regulation of cryptocurrencies and approachoptions by which they can do so. Therefore, the work first deals with the question of what are cryptocurrencies. Few important cryptocurrencies are introduced. Furthermore, the work focuses on concepts ofregulations and their application in practice with a focus on the EU and the US. The main method is analysis of available resources. |
