| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je přístup českých nevládních aktérů do rozvojové politiky EU. Cílem práce je analýza lobbingového řetězce od české organizace Člověk v tísni až po struktury Evropské unie. Pro definování přístupu aktérů do politiky je využita teorie lobbingu a zkoumání konkrétních technik v rámci lobbingu vnitřního a vnějšího. V práci je použitá metoda kvalitativní analýzy textu s deduktivní aplikací kategorií. Získaná data jsou analyzována metodou triangulace, která umožňuje kombinaci více typů metodik. Výsledkem práce je nastínění existujícího přístupu českých nevládních aktérů do evropské politiky, avšak také odhalení faktu minimálního využívání takového přístupu k vnášení vlastních myšlenek z různých důvodů. |

| Abstract: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is an access of non-governmental actors to development politics of the EU. The aim is to conduct analysis of lobbying chain from a Czech organisation People in Need to the body of the European Union. Lobbying theory and examination of specific lobbying techniques is used to define the access of actors into the policy process. In the thesis a qualitative data analysis with deductive category application is applied. The acquired data were analysed with the use of a triangulation, more specifically triangulation of methodologies. The results of the thesis depict an existing access of Czech non-governmental actors to the European politics, however, it also reveals a fact that the access is minimally used by the organizations for influencing the politcs from various reasons. |
