| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na stanovení faktorů, které ovlivňuji ekonomickou výkonnost firmy, konkrétně se jedná o maloobchodní firmu a její prodejnu. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny pojmy a ukazatele, které se vztahují k danému tématu. Ve druhé kapitole je práce zaměřena vybranou maloobchodní firmu a analýzu faktorů ovlivňujících ekonomickou výkonnost vybrané prodejny. V závěru této kapitoly jsou zhodnoceny výsledky a stanovena doporučení pro zvýšení výkonnosti v dalších obdobích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on determining the factors that affect the economic performance of the company, specifically the retail company and its store. At the beginning of the work, there are defined terms and indicators related to this topic. In the second chapter, the work focuses on a selected retail company and analysis of factors affecting the economic performance of the selected store. At the end of this chapter, the results are evaluated and recommendations for increasing performance in future periods are set. |
